A local man in Colorado shows video of him melting slice's of cheese that were to be served to 100's of kids at a Baseball benefit. The preservatives within the cheese seem to have a chemical reaction to the fire making a crackling noise. The cheese than melts down into what looks like tiny pieces of plastic.
