Rapper the Birdman has been going to blows with rapper Rick Ross after he exposed Birdman for not paying LiL Wayne and claiming that Birdman failed to pay his debts, such as a $12,000,000 loan for the Mansion he was living in. Well documents have emerged and realtors are selling the rap moguls mansion which is listed at around $16,00,000 on Zillow.com and Estately. The house which the properties are currently listed on is for sale. They are owned by a bank or a lender who took ownership through foreclosure proceedings. These are also known as bank-owned or real estate owned (REO) which are Coming Soon claims Zillow. If qualified your mortgage price per month for just the house would be around $26,000 and that doesn't include the tax, house insurance and cost to maintain the property which would bring you up to around $35,000 a month and around $280,323 in yearly property taxes when all said and done. For right now Rick Ross has not yet responded but we are sure to hear some kind of beef soon between them as the Boss has been on Birdman's tail for non payment to other rappers.

Now the house is listed for sale and multiple realty sites for the public to see.
