Papa Johns Gets kicked to the curb, Pizza Hut becomes the new Pizza of the NFL

Papa Johns has received much backlash after saying the NFL was to blame for their recent decline in sales, but Pizza Hut Fired back saying, "We're doing just Fine over here". Now months later after the company was accused of racism and discrimination, the NFL has decided to kick Papa Johns to the Curb and partner up with Pizza Hut as the official Pizza of the Nation Football League. Papa Johns tried to avoid backlash after the owner , and CEO of Papa Johns stepped down after he made his remarks on social media and known worldwide. Many fans of the NFL responded back saying in Tweets that "It wasn't his remarks that were the decline of Pizza sales, it was the taste of Cardboard Pizza when you eat it!" while another NFL supporter said, "Papa Johns is not what it used to be when it first opened up!" Pizza Hut and the National Football League will start showcasing commercial in 2018 to show their partnership together.

In September 2012 the 4,000th Papa John's Pizza restaurant opened, in New Hyde Park, New York. The company celebrated the event by giving away 4,000 free pizzas to customers throughout New York City.
