Mans Wireless Apple Headphones Explode in his ear, Warning to all buyers!!

February 11, 2018

The New Apple Air Pods are the newest set of Wireless headphones made for anybody who's on the go. Well one man in Florida noticed his headset started smoking and quickly removed it from his ear. This started after he was working out and felt something warm in his ear. Apple is currently investigating the potential problem which could have been extremely damaging if the man didn't remove the faulty headset as quick as he did. Apple could also have a huge lawsuit coming their way because of the faulty product and any damages this caused to the man. Jason Colon, the man who owned the product said, 'It’s the craziest thing I ever went through. I didn't see it happen, but I mean, it was already fried! You can see flame damage. I don’t know what would’ve happened to my ear, but I’m sure since it hangs down, [my] earlobe could’ve been burnt.” he told local news Channel 8.

in 2016 the Galaxy recalled a defect in batteries which caused flames and sometimes explosion. It's uncertain what caused this but it could be do to the overcharging of the Air Pods or it could be sweat that leaked into the Air Pods which caused a spark within the circuits. The fact that new AirPods are in short supply highlights the earbuds’ popularity (or their limited production).KGI Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo predicted in a research note in December that Apple’s AirPods shipments would double in 2018 to 26 million to 28 million units. Apple has not disclosed how many AirPods it has sold but now because of this we are sure that millions of Apple Air Pods will have to be recalled. Apple is investigating into the reason for the smoke and outage and are unsure yet if to recall them or what the cause of it was.
